INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual Therapy is a means by which the client works one-on-one with the therapist. It can be used to overcome specific psychological difficulties or day-to-day life problems. The client is provided a safe and confidential environment where they can process their feelings, emotions and troubles. It is directed towards supporting and helping the client become aware of themselves and their problems.

It also aims at helping them build more effective coping mechanisms in order to deal with their past or present difficulties and in order to sustain this growth for their future. At State of Mind each session lasts for approximately an hour.
